"My first impression of Dr. Otero was that he was a really nice man, well dressed and articulate. He walked up and gave me a big hug! My impression of him was proven true, every visit was very warm and comfortable. He is easy to talk to and explains everything in great detail. The office staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. There was NOTHING I didnt like about Dr. Otero and the staff at Mt.Diablo Weight Loss Clinic. Anyone considering using Dr. Otero would be making the best choice they could. Dr.Otero empasizes aftercare and helps you to do your best. They recommend going to each group meeting to help you get through the rough spots emotionally. The risks of the surgery were discussed at length on several occasions and they were made very clear. Overall I would say that Dr.Otero is the BEST and so is the staff. I would go back and have this surgery 100 more times!!"
