Steph, I have been following you through this and hope to see you at goal when all is said and done. I will come to see you after your surgery and bring you some no sugar added Carnation Instant Breakfast to take home if you want. Remember, the pain does get better and you will survive it....DRINK your WATER, WALK, and keep getting in your protein! Call me if you need me for ANYTHING!! I am serious!
