The big day is tomorrow.  I am really scared, but really excited.  I just cannot believe the day is here.  

I know Colleen said it could take up to 2 weeks for the nurse to call with a date.  But PLEASE.....so I thought....what would it hurt to kind of let her know I was STILL waiting.  I will be much easier if I have a date so I can count down.  Okay well maybe not that much easier.lol

Colleen emailed and said that I was approved!  I am very excited!!!!

Don't know what it means.  Good? Bad?  Will email Colleen tomorrow.

Colleen faxed in paperwork to Highmark BCBS today.  I called and confirmed receipt.  They said it could take 30 days.
