I start my Liquid diet tomorrow How do I save my hair??

Well tomorrow I start my pre diet I am on liquids for 2 weeks my date is May 2nd woo hoo Now what do I do to help keep my hair was told if you get all your protein you will not lose much hair is this true?? Help

I lost a lot of hair, even with getting my protein in.  Somep people lose, some don't.  I think it's just a genetic roll of the dice.

I agree totally,  i lost a lot of hair and i always got in all my protein.   Thank God i have really thick hair and no one but me noticed it.  And  its fine now   Congratulations on your date  yahoo!!  :o) Jeani

It seems to be a crap shoot.  There are people on here who've lost their hair and those who haven't.  Some who've lost their hair did great with their protein and also took Biotin.  Some who didn't lose their hair didn't do well with their protein or take Biotin.

I'm a little over 3 months post-surgery.  Keeping my fingers crossed!!

 I get all my protein and mine is thinning… and I had already lost a ton from the pre-op weight loss! Every time in my life Ive lost over 40 pounds Ive had hair loss and its always a few months in.
FML… What I wanna know.. Why the **** does the hair in my nether regions keep growing full ******g force??? So unfair! 

I lost hair, but taking Biotin and Silica everyday did help! I didnt start losing it til about 2.5 months out, but I am just now starting to get it back
