Not much happening today. Just a little running around and pick up two of the kids after school...we'll have them until 8 or so.
the crap with my mouth is ongoing. Pretty sure it's not thrush after all. My lips are on fire still, my taste is still off and my mouth is dry all the time. It has a metallic taste in my mouth no matter what I eat. Just so annoying!
QOTD: I am about a 3 or 4. My brother and mom is about a 15 lol. I am a disappointed to them in that area. I have seen the original 3, the first prequel and the first sequel. One episode of the mandalorian that I didn't want to watch. My mom has seen everything...as has my brother and multiple times. I'm glad though that they like it so much, while not my thing I'm glad it brings people joy but the gatekeepers are annoying.

QOTD- I'm probably a 5, I loved the first 3 hated the prequels but love the Mandalorian and some of the newer movies.
I actually got a job done, sort of in the new program. Of course it would not print correctly so I will need to get back on the help call this morning. I just took my time and tried not to stress. Still frustrating. But it's Friday.
I'm hoping to see The Department of Ungentlemanly Warfare this weekend. It looks good. I just need a movie and of course the popcorn to go with it.
I've been such a slug, my side is still hurting so I've tried not to aggravate it and haven't even gone walking. I need to get my **** together and move!

What's black and blue and read all over? That's currently me when other people size me up after Wednesday' night's fall.
I survived another week. Yay! I'm doing a community flea market / garage sale tomorrow that I'm looking forward to. It should be productive and worth the work. I love these type of income generators. For me, it's a lot of fun. I'll only clear a grand or so but the haggling with the community is priceless. I love when little kids try to buy something with their parents a few steps behind. I try to introduce them to the idea to the pay what you think the item is worth to you not what is being charged. Hence, things are only worth what people pay for them. I do a gentle, quick, counter offer negotiation, that they either agree or disagree that it is worth it to them. Whatever their decision, I usually give the item for free as a reward for doing so well. I also have hundreds of stickers that they get their choice of as well. Well, they don't get a pick from all my stickers... I'm not sure my horror stickers are appreciated by their parents' sleepless nights tending to their nightmares. I have had kids who swear at me when they don't get their way. I should bring charcoal briquettes to hand out to those punks to mirror a Christmas lump of coal. Instead, I let the know how horrible of a child they are and to start looking for new parents that can right the ship. JK. I'm nice & polite but don't cater to them.
QOTD- 7. I am a big fan, watched all the movies but don't go Gaga for anything star wars. I don't know the smaller characters and will never play Star Wars Trivia. I did have a Darth Vader shirt where he was displaying a yellow gold link chain and brass knuckles that said, 'Dark' & 'Side' on each fist. I wish I could find another since I lost weight and it looks ridiculous.

Pic #1 funny faces with a partner in crime. We have a meet cute. We first saw each other in the high school Dean's office for misbehaving. The rest is history, literally, and we still talk multiple times a week. She lives in KY and I was able to see her recently. We crossed paths in Sileston, Missouri while I was driving South and she was heading West. It was great. Pic#2 - Obviously, my mom is getting 3 sombreros for Mother's Day. Pic # 3- Temu - wtf? I'm guessing my mother would not enjoy this as a gift from me Pic #4- A big burly bike friend's dog. He has a trike and the dog rides shotgun with a custom seatbelt.
