Everybody's Favorite: "Before and After" Thread!
We haven't had one of these in awhile and it seems like this week has been a little discouraging for more than a few people on here. Sometimes when you hit a stall, or gain some weight, or make a less-than-ideal food choice, it can drag you down, right? Those times when you think, "Ugh, I suck at this," remember where your journey started. I was having a terrible day on Monday, so I went home determined to find the shirt that I was wearing the day before surgery. I knew I'd saved it somewhere, but couldn't remember where! It was hiding in the bottom of my pajama drawer. I went from feeling puffy and gross (it was a binge-y weekend) to being amazed. And it actually gave me the little boost I needed to get my motivation back and remember that this is a journey. It is going to have ups and downs, but if you work hard the former will outshine the latter.
So let's start seeing the forest for the trees, friends! Post your before and after pictures here. Whether it's a little loss or a whole lot, progress is progress. Thrilled to have found my old shirt just before the surgiversary. Here's 280 and 140:
