This protein powder is 23g per serving in only one scoop and 6-8oz of liquid, however, it taste the best when it is mixed with any type of Crystal light or flavored water. You can actually stand 16 oz of liquid and 2 scoops of powder if you mix with another flavored beverage. 46g in one drink! YES!

This was wonderful. I just had a sample size, which was a half serving, it had a great flavor when mixed with 4 oz water. I then mixed it with 8 oz of Crystal Light "Strawberry, Orange, Banana" tasted like a great smoothie! Highly recommend!

Great taste sample of Apple Ecstacy

This is very good, although rather sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. It has a nice choc taste. Mixing is easy, and you really don't need a blender or even a stick blender for it. I use 1 1/2 scoops when I make a shake and use about 8-9 oz of water and milk. In my opinion, if you use all milk, it makes it so thick and sickening sweet it is hard to get down. I also use some decaf instant coffee in the vanilla as well.

Comes in a 5 lb bag that is resealable. Very convienent and very yummy. It's the best Vanilla protein on the market. I mix in fruit and other flavorings for a great tasting smoothie.

I love this stuff warmed. I could drink it all day!
