I love this drink, and now drink it daily. I'm super picky about protein taste and _nothing_ worked for me until I found this. The mint taste is so strong I can't taste the protein. Its the only drink for me, and I've tried over 30 drink brands.

I look forward to having the chocolate Muscle Milk, I add low fat milk to it and it offers less carbs that way. I like both the 11 oz size and the 17 oz with a screw on cap. Drink cold, don't freeze. I keep a supply on hand so I can have it every day.

I buy the premixed in a carton that has 32 grams of protein. This product has a small amount of caffeine so keep that in mind. I love it ..always drink slow at first my stomach was a little sensitive to it but, overall thankful to find it.

I threw up every protein drink that came anywhere near me. Then I tried this one, it does have a sweeter than average taste, but if you make it with skim milk, and put it in the fridge overnight for the next day, it taste exactly like a milk shake, and no I'm not exagerating!
