yummy & smooth...no gritty thick proteiny taste.
no lumpy powder to mix, no blednder to wash. Tastes just like chocolate milk!

This one actually tastes pretty decent! And no weird after taste (like Adkins). The best part is it delivers 30 gm. Protein per 11 oz. and only 3 gm fat and 5 gm carbs (3 are fiber).
