Come meet Dr Provost and staff at our complimentary
Bariatric Surgery Information Seminar.
Dr Provost will review the disease of obesity, treatments for obesity, the types of bariatric surgery he perfoms and the potential risks and benefits of each procedure. He will discuss the importance of life-long follow-up care and review his aftercare program. Dr Provost will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding bariatric surgery.
Our financial coordinator will also be present to review various insurance requirements that may be necessary to complete prior to surgery approval.
Please call office (940-323-3450) at least 3 days ahead of seminar to reserve your spot and provide us with your insurance information so that we may verify your benefits prior to this seminar. (Walk-ins are also welcome, but benefits will not be verified prior to seminar.)
