They truly cared. Everyone was down to earth and they loved working there. You could tell because they were happy! It made me feel at ease.

As we live 2 hours away, they let us stay in a complimentary room the night before surgery. The entire staff that I was in contact with were very courteous to my needs. They are well informed on WLS and answered every question I had. The anesthelsiologist was A+. No complaints here about my experience.
