Dr Needleman was very nice and helpful, I didn't think I wuld be able to do anything about my weight because I was diagnosed with colitis and was unable to have the gastric surgery. However Dr. Needleman approved me for the Lap Band.

Dr. Needleman was wonderful and he cares so much for his patients. he was so positive made me fill good about getting the surgery done.
Honestly, It took me a year too see him and go through the whole program, I could not see him until the insurance was approved. So I saw him once, then after the surgery. His Nurse Lynn is really nice, and she is quick with returning your calls.Dr. Needleman is very busy trying too help his overweight patients, so there is not much time for a relationship between you and your doctor. But, when you do get too see him, it was worth the wait. I would suggest Dr. Needleman too all. He explained all the risks and even told me I most likely would not have the scope done, I would have to have the big incision. He express's aftercare alot. I would rate him a 10

Although I met Dr. Needlman through an unrelated surgery, I have contacted his office in hope he will consent to being my surgeon for the WLS. I found him extremely personable during a rough time in the emergency room and subsequent procedure. Hope I'm right about him!

POST-OP------I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Right!

Dr. Needleman is the best! I would recommend him to anyone. He is straightforward and honest. He explains everything totally. He definitely is one of the best docs I have ever worked with.

Professional staff all professional. Well-cared-for. Ancillary staff at times less than optimal. Admitting oblivious. CNA's great-poor. Have to ask for what you need, but eventually get it. Great docs and RN's. Seem understaffed.

Absolutely no one cared about the patient. Cleanliness was terrible! The way I saw it there were too many patients for staff. I wouldn't want to ever go back! I could go on and on but what's the use. If you have a choice, don't go there!

I met with my surgeon on July 9, 2002. He is very informative and spent much more time with me than the other surgeon I had met with. The office staff is wonderful, very helpful and nice and they have been through the surgery!

He seemed to be a very nice man, and concerned about all aspects of my life.

His office staff is extremely busy, but had lots of time for me.

I enjoyed my stay there. The people were very nice, concerned, and took good care of me. There was one incident with a male nurse not giving me medicine (antibiotics for an ear infection) when he charted that he did, but other than that, the stay was great!

dr. needleman was wonderful....he was very personable, and easy to talk to...answered all questions i had, and basically explained everything to the point there was nothing left to ask...he even drew pictures for me explaining step by step what he would be doing....i think his surgical competence and bedside manner are both great....he also did advise me, if i had any problems to please call him immediately, instead of asking other people first....other than that, my visit was wonderful.
