Bothwell Regional Health Center Hospital

They take pride in caring well for the patients. They care about problems.

So far I have only been into the hospital for my anesthesia clinic, but the staff that I interacted with were all very nice, patient and caring.

I was made to feel that I was important to the staff, they were helpful in every aspect of care and I felt the are very skilled for the service I was there for.

Excellent caring staff

I have only stayed in military hospitals for the last 13 years so I am limited in my civilian experiance. I do have to say that the nurses were very helpful and wonderful - I would expecially like to thank Karen M, Brenda and Joyce

Everyone treated me with dignity and respect. They all were pleasant and professional. Lovely nurses!

The staff at Bothwell were very helpful to both myself as the patient and my husband. I am veyr pleased with the way we were treated during my stay. The were knowledgeable and friendly.

The only problem I saw was they seemed to be understaffed at times. They got less attentive to me toward the end of my stay.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms are not a size to accomodate someone that is very obese. Their pillows leave a lot to be desired.

Excellent place to be, well informed and trained staff, who show that you are more than a "RNY patient", you have a name and you are a person.
