Dr. V & the staff at Mi Hospital are the best! My surgery was May 17, 2016. I have lost 109 pounds in under 7 months, exceeding my goal. The care & attentiveness of everyone far exceeded the hospital staff in the States. I also love the fact I have unlimited access to a nutritionist for life. I highly recommend Dr. V to anyone considering Sleeve Surgery.

Absolutely amazing. I had a revision to sleeve and gallbladder removal all in one surgery. Very rough next day because of the complex surgery but they took wonderful care of me and checked on me constantly even after I left the hospital (had a slight fever after and just pain due to a high tolerance to pain meds and refusal to ask for more)

I had vertical sleeve gastrectomy by Dr. Louisiana Valenzuela and her staff at Mexico Bariatric Center My trepidation about going to Tijuana, Mexico was about the safety and the reliability of the surgery, both of them unfounded. Dr. Valenzuela and staff did an amazing job on my surgery and was always answering all of my questions. In general her staff, including her nurses, anesthesiologist, on-call doctor, and even MBC driver were all knowledgeable and took care of my needs. Dr. Valenzuela herself was sweet, soft spoken, and very caring. All and all, I really recommend Dr. Valenzuela . My surgery was successfully completed without any problems, and I have achieved my ideal weight. Thank You Dr. Valenzuela and MBC!

My experience and results have been awesome! I would definitely recommend it to anyone, and I have. Everyone was super nice and friendly. My before weight was 250 size 20. My current weight is 170 size 11/12. I feel so much better about myself. I am now needing skin removal surgery but it all comes with the weight loss.

Dr. Valenzuela performed my surgery on October of last year. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor, she answered all my questions and took time to address all my concerns. Dr Valenzuela was caring and had excellent bed-site manner, she took the time to explain the surgery in great detail and checked on me often upon my recovery. I am forever grateful to Dr Valenzuela for giving me a second chance at life.

I would honestly have to say, this was the best decision of my life. I had the Gastric Sleeve done on July 14, 2015. It was a wonderful experience. From the moment i landed in San Diego to the Moment I was dropped off at the airport to leave, i was treated better than i could ever explain. The drivers, the hotel, the coordinators, and the hospital staff was absolutely wonderful. I absolutely love Dr. Louisiana Valenzuela. I have recommended her everytime i am asked about my weight loss. I started at my highest at 246.5. Surgery weight was 230 and i am currently 14 months out and i weight 153.2. I am down a total of 92 lbs. I love the new me. I have more energy. The only regret i have is i didnt do it sooner. I am so thankful i found Dr. Louisiana, she is the best.

Dr. V IS THE BEST! I researched her thoroughly prior to surgery and loved that she only does two surgeries per day and her patients have virtually no complications. Her care was excellent and I have had great results with NO problems.

I've lost 40 pounds couldn't be happier if I had to do it again I would use same doctor an staff they treated me wonderful.. I've recommended y'all to 6 people 2 have had the surgery an 2 will next month..an the other 2 will soon. Thank you for changing my life an for the better!!!

I truly have to say, that this was a wonderful experience. Dr. Valenzuela and her staff was very supportive. I feel that OUR State Dr's really need to take lessons from them. Dr Valenzuela stayed in my room and answered all my question and was not in a rush. I work for a Dr and I let all my patient know that I went to Mexico Bariatric Center to have my surgery. I went in at 328pnd, 1month out of surgery I have lost 45+ pounds.
