I thought this man speaks good english for a(German). He is a kind man and one who cares more about his patience than the money. I still think the same. His staff are all friendly and they are very supportive. That he has helped many military spouses and that he is the best at what he does, here in Germany. We spoke briefly on aftercare, but whenever I have a question, he answers me right away, via email. I have not had my surgery yet, due on August 16th, he will go over that more on aftercare. However, he did inform me of the pros and cons of aftercare. Which I might say are still all pros. He addressed the risks very plain and clear, which left me feeling at peace. But I had peace before I saw him, so he just confirmed it in me. I noticed your note at the bottom about a perfect overall person, well, I might be the first one to say, he was close to perfect in his approach, manner, skills, ability, and his work environment. Since neither has been teste, I will wait until after surgery to respond.
His name is Professor Rudolf Weiner. He is 49years old, the Head of the krankenhause Sachsenhausen in Frankfurt, Germany. He specializes in surgical treatment for obesity. He has great experience in this surgery, and has been doing it for 20years. He did over 1400 gastric bandings since 1994, other than Germany, worldwide: Egypt, Brazil, and Russia, to name a few. He can perform many types of surgeries: Gastric Banding, Gastric pacer, Gastric Bypass (RYGB), Intragastric balloon, Duodenalswitch (BPD-DS), and Bilopancreatic Bypass. Half of these I never heard of. But WOW!
