My first impression was, \"wow, this guy is super nice and I already love him!\"....rnMy impression has not changed. :)rnrnI loved the staff, everyone was nice and helpful. No one looked at me funny and I never felt self conscious. Dr. Srikanth was funny, kind, and very informative. He knew I had already gone to another surgeon and he knew that I was already educated on the LAP-BAND, so basically he just answered any questions I had, thoroughly. Afterward, he gave me a list of the tests that he wanted me to get done prior to surgery and after going over them with me, his nurse came back in and answered any questions I had. Overall, everyone on staff as well as Dr. Srikanth made me feel comfortable and sure of my decision. Surgical competence and bedside manner were both wonderful. I cannot tell you how great it was to feel normal around someone instead of like a great, big, giant cow. He made me feel better about everything. I recommend Dr. Srikanth to anyone in the state of WA and anyone outside of it. He is a wonderful person and a great surgeon.

He has a lot of experience and very good outcomes. He's funny and very nice. The staff is great, very professional and helpful. Some people make jokes about how long you have to wait to see him, but so far that hasn't been my experience. There is a little wait, but it hasn't been any worse than any other doc. His aftercare program is very good. Monthly visits for the first year. A very structured diet program. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about Weight Loss surgery.

Srikanth is the best! He has been up front and no nonsense from the start. He hasn't sugar coated the process one bit and has made it clear that the only way for this procedure to succeed is for me to work hard. rnrnOn the day of my surgery Srikanth was late, stuck in traffic. I was laying there in the \"holding area\" waiting for him to show when I heard the sound of a trumpet coming down the hall. I looked up and there he was, making trumpet sounds with his mouth. That evening I was watching tv in my room with my dad and there it was again...trumpets. I just get a kick out of him every time I see him! I would recommend Srikanth to anyone because of proven record, excellent bedside manner, and commitment to after care.rnrnI would have to agree with other patients that your \"one hour\" appointments usually turn out to be two hours. But I also agree that Srikanth cares about his patients and takes extra time making sure all questions are answered, sometimes at the expense of making someone else wait a little longer.....take it from me, it's worth it.

My first impression of Dr. Srikanth was what a kind spirit and so easy going! I trusted him from the start. I have been to many seminars from different Doctors in my area and he was the only Doctor I would trust to do my surgery. rnDr. Srikanth's office staff are all very nice especially his nurse. While I was in the hospital I had a small issue and nothing was taken for granted, he ran tests and made sure I was 100% fine. I would strongly encourage people who are looking for a surgeon to speak with Dr. Srikanth HE IS THE BEST!

Dr. Srikanth is amazing! I would not have trusted having this procedure with any other surgeon in the world due to his extensive experience & additional work & research. Here is the link to his bio, I would highly recommend him to anyone..........rnrnhttp://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/bariatric+surgeon+profile+Myur+Srikanth+jjl.html

Dr. Srikanth is very nice, puts you at ease and answers and encourages all questions. His staff is friendly, many have had banding or bypass, so they're familiar and can answer any questions. rnI had a choice of physicians and chose St. Francis because of their bariatric focus, but chose Dr. Srikanth because of reviews on this board. Originally, I had chosen a different doc but after reading about bedside manner and probs with staff, I decided on Dr. Srinkanth. So far I've been very happy with him.

Dr. Srikanth is awesome! His credentials are exceptional. He is backed by all the right awards and associations. He used to be a transplant surgeon. He has tons of experience and his sucess rates are both exceptional. As a bonus, unlike most surgeons, his bedside manner and sense of humor are great. He is tough in regards to excercise, pre-surgery regimine, and aftercare expectations, but that is why his sucess rates are so great! If you want someone who will tell you what you want to hear and make it easy on you just to take your money and run, there are plenty of other surgeons out there. But if you are looking for someone who will tell it like it is and expect you to do your part in order to still be successful years after your surgery, he's your guy! The only negative aspect is that you should probably prepare yourself for a wait in the waiting room. I have not yet gotten to see him on time, in fact it's been 30-45 minutes. I have heard this is because he wants to be thorough in answering questions and making sure those leaving know all the facts...so far that is also what I have seen for myself.

After 3 years with my LapBand, I am scheduled for revision surgery to a proximal GBP (laproscopic).rnrnMy surgeon remains Dr. Srikanth and his clinic the Center for Weight Loss Surgery. I have complete confidence in his ability as a surgeon and his dedication to the health of his patients.rnrnThere is extensive pre-op lab work that caught some serious issues with my health. Risks were explained and explained again.rnrnI would recommend Dr. Srikanth and the Center for Weight Loss Surgery without reservationrn

On Feb 22 2006 I went to my first seminar and that is where I met Dr Srikanth. What a wonderful and funny man. He described the different prcedures and risks. My impression of him was he's a very caring man and he knows how to do his job well. Since seeing him for a little over4 months I know that I'm in good hands.

Dr. Srikanth is a very positive and upbeat man, one that made me comfortable right from the start. I have been to more than one weightloss seminar, and his was by far the most informative and helpful. My surgery went off without a hitch, due to his expertise.rnHe stresses follow up care a great deal and is very encouraging. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a surgeon.
