Dr. Price and his staff were all absolutely wonderful!! He made sure I knew all of the risks involved and was very upfront with me about any patients he had that had any complications. He has always been ready and available to answer any questions I have had at any time of day. He has even called me at home to check on me!

Dr. Price was very understanding of my personal situation. He has always taken lots of time with me to answer any questions i might have. His office staff is great Sandy whom is a bypass patient herself is extremely helpfull in letting you know what you can expect. There was nothing that i found about him that i did not like. He is very professional.Aftercare is very important to them. They do have a very good aftercare program. He told me about all of the risks of the surgery on my pre-op visit and ask that i make sure i was comfortable with the risks of the procedure before i had it done.On a scale of 1 to 10 i would rate him a 10.Both surgical competence and bedside manner are great.

My first impression of Dr. Price and his staff was a pleasant one I must say. I first met with Mrs. Sandy and she was a wonderful. She explained everything in great detail. I was so glad that I was talking to someone that had been in the same shoes I am in. She was talking from experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly. If your thinking about having the surgery, I would definitly recommend Dr. Price. I really love the after care program. They don't just throw you away after the surgery, they help you reach your goal. They have a great program.

From the beginning, Dr. Price has been very straight-forward and informative. He also seems to genuinely care for his patients safety and comfort during the procedure.

I just want to say first of all thanks to Dr. Price for being so caring and changing my life.
When I first met Dr. Price I thought he was a bit shy to be a doctor. He never made eye contact with me when he talked to me and I was a little concerned. As time passed and I got to know him and his staff my views changed... I realized how kind hearted he was and the amount of compassion he has for people is astounding. His staff has been a huge help. Mrs. Sandy of course has been God sent, she has been so loving yet so stern. Mrs. Lyn has really helped me in the financial aspect. And Kimbie and Carla of course are such a delight and so friendly to the patients.. you don't see that in doctor's offices much anymore. I would recommend Dr. Price for anyone wanting a compassionate and truely caring doctor to perform their surgery. Mrs. Sandy puts alot of emphasis on after care and stresses about those vitamins (ha..ha..gotta love her).
They really go into detail with you about surgery and answer any questions you may have concerning surgery. His support groups are very beneficial to this surgery and after care as well. I believe that surgical competence and bedside manner take a big part in a good physician and I believe that Dr. Price has both of these pretty well wrapped up. He openly tells you his comfort zones concerning surgery and I appreciate this.He also has the best bedside manners you have ever seen in a doctor. He is truely unique and I hope he knows how much of a blessing he is to me and others out there I am sure. I could never express my grattitude to Dr. Price and his staff for being so caring and helping me through this surgery. Thanks ever so much and God Bless each and every one of you!!

My first impression was that he is very caring. He has the best office staff. I really enjoyed not having to wait on along waiting list for surgery, or having to wait on insurance.

My first impression of him caring and honest. My feelings never changed. The office staff was the best that I have ever been treated at a Dr. office. There was nothing that I didn't like about Dr. Jones. If anyone is considering have the surgery and close to Monroe La I would use Dr. Jones they couldn't go wrong. He thinks aftercare is the most important thing. He has a great aftercare program. He was great about explaining the risks of surgery. Both are great!!!!

I called Dr. Prices office and talked to Sandy in November. I found out the information I needed to have and had the questionaire sent to my home. Dr. Price became a PPO Provider for B/C B/S in January of this year. I met with him January. He was very informative and he explained the risks and benefits of the surgery. He also told me this was a tool and not a miracle way to lose weight. I had recieved alot of information already and had my questions ready. He answered them with no problems. I wanted to know how many he had done, how many had problems and everything. He did not hesitate with any of the questions and I felt like he was very capable of doing the surgery. Following my surgery his daily visits were informative and his bed side manner was real good. My husband even seemed impressed with him and that takes alot. His staff were terrific and I highly recommend him.

Well, maybe he isn't 100% great but he sure hits around 99.99%. The moment I entered the nurse office I felt comfortable and excited. She explained so many things that I felt like a sponge. I then went to speak with the insurance person. She was very informative and kind. I then saw Dr. Price. My first thought...oh boy, he's younger than me! He was matter-of-fact and didn't tip toe around issues, straight forward with his presentation and confident in himself. He told me of the part I would have to play in the success of this surgery. There is a support group that meets monthly that I was invited to even before my surgery date was set. This made me feel that even though I was one of many patients they were still concerned about me. They got to work fast on sending information to my insurance company. The date is set for April Fools Day. I told him 'don't you dare show up with a cast on your arm'!
