Dr. Zorn was great. Very friendly demeanor. His reputation proceeds him. I have absolutely no complaints! On a scale of 1-10 he gets a 10!
I met with Dr.Zorn on 8/17/10. I am a medical assistant and I am used to working and spending a lot of time with doctors. My first impression of him was that he cared. I didn't feel rushed, felt comfortable asking questions and overall liked the guy.
The office staff was ok.Not overly friendly. The office is pretty outdated. I was the first patient in the afternoon. After my appointment I went back to the lobby and it was packed. Standing room only. So the place is really busy.
So I had my consult with Dr. Zorn on 6/1/103. He really is a nice guy. Very informative and understanding. Was trying to push RNY on me but I refused. He was open to listening to my needs and concerns. Agreed to perform the sleeve. Now I just need to wait to be scheduled for surgery.
The only turn off from the office was the initial contact with schedulers. I guess they've been overwhelmed with referrals so the lady I spoke with was rude.
My surgeon was Dr Zorn he is the greatest. He was very polite and answed any guestions that I had to the fullest. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
He was very kind and informative. He made himself readily available to me if I had any any questions of concerns. I felt very comfortable with him. He answered all of my immediate questions. My only negative was the length of time I had to wait in my gown for him to see me, it was cold in there.
I have nothing but the GREATEST things to say about Dr Zorn, Pacific Bariatric and Scripps Mercy Hospital. rnrnAll my care expectations were met to the fullest.
All I can say is Dr. Zorn is Awesome! He is so caring and he takes the time to hear and understand every concern you have.rnI would definitely recommend him if your looking for a surgeon to do your WLS :)rnMy hat's off to Dr. Zorn and his staff! Thank you!!
Dr. Zorn is AWESOME! He is attentative, kind, caring, and listened to each and every concern I had. He did not make me feel rushed, or like he didnt have time for me. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Zorn was very personable, and informative. He is easy to talk to, open and friendly. However, it was obvious to me that he is quite serious when it comes to this surgery, and fully expects the patient to do their part as well. There is an aftercare program and you are expected to follow his instructions. I would rate him a 10! I felt he had a perfect blend of surgical competence and bedside manner.
