George Ferzli Bariatric Surgeon MD, FACS

My surgeon is Dr. Ferzli. He's very honest and informative. I found the entire program to be helpful and I am thankful.

Dr. Ferzli is a miracle worker. He's fantastic. I liked everything about him; there was nothing I didn't like. I felt comfortable and safe in his care. Surgery works but you have to work for it too. Everyone who is part of the program is helpful. I was scared at first because I didn't know how I would be after the surgery. Dr. Ferzli and his team made me feel safe and secure. They well exceeded my expectations. I don't recognize myself at times thanks to Dr. Ferzli and his team.

Dr. Ferzli is my surgeon. He is very knowledgeable in the bariatric field. He has many years of experience and is very honest about what to expect with surgery. Surgery should be a last result, not a first option. The staff is very helpful and quick to help. The program emphasizes aftercare and the support groups are helpful.

My surgeon seemed on point and gave me an honest opinion. I felt that I could relate to him. The program really emphasizes aftercare. Although I haven't been to the support groups yet, everyone, I've met of the staff seems to be caring, helpful and personable.

Dr. Ferzli was very friendly from the first time I met him. He's concerned about the well being of others. Other patients should know that weight loss surgery needs to be well thought out due to the nature of this type of surgery. There is a lot of aftercare that the program teaches you about. Other members of them team, my nutritionist, coordinator,support group leaders, are very helpful. Support groups provide insight of what to expect after surgery. As a pre-op patient attending them, it made me realize that I'm not the only person who thinks about life before and after surgery.

the entire Bariatric team is as helpful as they are personable. They are very informative about before surgery and aftercare and no questions were left unanswered. the program is strict, accurate, effective and life changing.

I thought Doctor Ferzli seemed like a nice guy when I first met him. He was attentive to my needs. This program is the best; the complete program has been great and helpful from the first day. All the office personnel was helpful in attaining all the information I needed. This program is the best thing that ever happened to me.

I would best describe Dr. Ferzli as caring and confident. What I liked best about Dr. Ferzli is that he made me feel comfortable.Dr. Ferzli emphasizes on how important aftercare is and has a great aftercare program. The Bariatric Coordinator,Nutritionist,psychologist and Lauren are extremely helpful.The support groups are well organized and helpful. I rate Dr.Ferzli and his program a 10!!!!

Dr. Ferzli was very calm, collected and easy to listen to. His manner was pleasant and he was very informative. There was nothing I disliked about him. This surgery can be life saving! Ive been educated lots on aftercare. I like all the members of the team very much, my nutritionists, the coordinator, the program psychologist...I would recommend them all! I am greatful to have been able to have this surgery done.

Dr.Ferzli is wonderful,kind and Brilliant! I adore him!!!Dr. Ferzli will help you get to your goal! The program does emphasize aftercare and the bariatric staff is helpful kind and caring! Dr. Ferzli helped me a great deal. I had the gastric bypass surgery February 18,2010 and lost approximately 225 lbs! It was hard but it certainly worked. I recommended Amy Sonnenblick to him and she recently had surgery and is doing great and feeling very good to. Dr. Ferzli never lets anyone feel bad he is a kind gentle doctor. Dr. Ferzli gave me a second chance in life for the better. I thank God everyday I found him! Thanks to Dr. Ferzli I am a skinny healthy young women!!Dr. Ferzli is the most wonderful doctor I ever had the pleasure of working with and I trust him with my life!!!Karen Sander RN is a very special person to me. She is kind caring and very helpful to me!! She always takes care of my needs and continues to watch over me!!!Dr. Vulpe is Dr. Ferzli's associate and I have had the pleasure of him taking care of me when Dr. Ferzli couldn't see me.Dr. Vulpe is also a wonderful doctor who is compassionate and very helpful to me!! I trust him with my life and think he is also the most wonderful doctor I ever had the pleasure of working and dealing with regarding my health and gastric bypass surgery!!
