Dr. Rumsey was great....he was so cool and so down to earth. I saw him before surgery after surgery and every morning in the hospital. (Great Bedside manners) He never was in a rush and just took the time to answer all my questions. His office staff were very nice and my stay on Script Mercey Hospital was real nice. All the nurses were so on top pf there job and were very friendly as well. rnrnCouldnt picked a better Doctor in the world he is an Angel and he saved my life....rnrn
Hi I met Dr rumsey in san deago last september, I was tuned down three time's by appeals then finally Cigna was forced to pay for My surgery by DMHC DR Rumsey staff was very helpful in my persuit, Now My surgery is set and i think the hard part is over ,After care is the Key Ingriediant to our success ,I will be here to report After my surgery March 18th Ican tell you this it all over and i nevr had a one problem its was due to the class that dr rumsey dispalys rnErnie i got his aA plus
I met Dr. Rumsey for the first time on January 28, 2008. I was very excited. He seems very nice and carrying. Presently, I am scheduled for surgery on March 7, 2008, I will keep you posted.
I can tell right away he does have lots of experience doing this type of procedure. I am a Newspaper Publisher and I asked lots of questions and he had all the answers!rnrnSo far the staff has been wonderful, very helpful and friendly.rnrn
My first impression of Rumsy was really comforting. As I walked in to meet with his Nurse, he happened to be taking notes on a patients chart, and asked how my Husband and I were doing. He wasn't a rude, or snobby man at all. I still have the same impression, even after meeting with him in the room. His staff seemed to be nice as well. I'd have to say he explained the surgery to me, and seemed very caring. He asked me ofcourse first, if I had any questions. My mind went blank, and I couldn't think of anything off the top of my head. He then rolled his stool close to my Husband and asked him if he had any questions what so ever, that he'd be more than happy to explain, and answer them. I'm very happy with Rumsey so far, and I look forward to my future experiences with him as well. I'd rate him very high, just by hearing, and seeing how he is with his patients. I'll have to update more after my surgery has been completed.
I was a little worried because I had heard he is a little gruff.I found him nice amiable,warm patient and kind. Office staff was nice.rnrnNow I can say after surgery that he is the best. He came to see me once or twice everyday after surgery always holding my hand to tell me how great I was doing and just to genuinely care.I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Gentle man, answered ALL my serious and silly questions without making me feel stupid for asking.rnrnCan't say that I ever saw a frown on his face... always a gentle or full face smile.rnrnHis mama raised him well coz he has great manners in the office as well as bedside.
He was very nice and I liked him alotrnI love him even morernHis staff is amazingrnThere wasn't anything I didn't like about himrnHe's very nice and caringrnHe stressed the after care several times during our visit. We have after care for the rest of our lives.rn
My first impression was that he was very stern and hard. But, Dr. Rumsey was very reassuring, kind, has a great bed-side manner. He is fabulous!! I thank God for him and all he has done to save my life and keep me healthy!
