From all of the support group meetings, and from my girlfriend, Dr. Zorn of Pacific Bariatric, was praised for his great work! I haven't met him yet, but when I do I will definitely update this area.

I first saw Dr. Zorn at the Orientation Lecture. He was able to answer every question with confidence. He made me feel comfortable with my decision to have WLS. I was so elated to find he was to be my surgeon. He was so warm and caring at my consultation appointment. I especially liked that he knew a lot about how Kaiser worked. He is very warm and caring. I am not even scared at all. I have full confidence in Dr. Zorn.

I met Dr. Zorn last friday (5-30-08) and really like him. He has a good sense of humor, is personable, straight- forward, explains everything in a way that is easy to understand, and he answered all my questions. I give him a ten!

Well when I went to the orientation in Anaheim and met Dr. Zorn, I was like hmmm I wonder if he's going to be my surgeon. He was kind of nerdy, but in a good way. Then after asking some questions and hearing his response's I was like OKAY, I want him to be my surgeon.....and Praise the Lord I got him. He's sooooo sweet and show's alot of concern when he talks to you. I am sooo looking forward to my surgery. I have read alot of good things about Dr. Zorn and his staff, and I can't wait to post my own comments after my surgery.

Dr. Zorn was very pleasant when I met him for my first appointment. He told me all the risks associated with having this surgery. He also made sure to tell me to exercise daily, take my vitamins, and made sure to tell me to have plenty of protein in my diet. I feel very confident with him as my surgeon. My surgery is this Friday, May 30, and I am not frightened at all.

The fisrt time I meet him was at the seminar in Anaheim. I really wasn't rating him. The seminar was similar to one of those paid advertisments you see on tv. He had every answer to every question thrown at him and he was very methodical and professional. So I thought to my self that was a very prepped doctor..Looks like he's up on his game. Then when I realized he was my Surgeon I went in with a different consciousness during my consultation visit. He came in very polite I shoke his hands. They were strong, ruff and needed a little cream. He smiled alot which was very comforting. I had my questions. He was very non chalant about one of them ..Stubbled on another one and had a very matter of fact attitude on the rest. I could feel his confidenceand vunerability, which I liked. Being that he has done hundreds of operation all you have to do is look at his track record and realize how experienced he is in this field.

Dr. Rumsey was great....he was so cool and so down to earth. I saw him before surgery after surgery and every morning in the hospital. (Great Bedside manners) He never was in a rush and just took the time to answer all my questions. His office staff were very nice and my stay on Script Mercey Hospital was real nice. All the nurses were so on top pf there job and were very friendly as well. rnrnCouldnt picked a better Doctor in the world he is an Angel and he saved my life....rnrn

Positive Outcome from surgery thus far...

Hi I met Dr rumsey in san deago last september, I was tuned down three time's by appeals then finally Cigna was forced to pay for My surgery by DMHC DR Rumsey staff was very helpful in my persuit, Now My surgery is set and i think the hard part is over ,After care is the Key Ingriediant to our success ,I will be here to report After my surgery March 18th Ican tell you this it all over and i nevr had a one problem its was due to the class that dr rumsey dispalys rnErnie i got his aA plus

Dr. Zorn will be my surgeon and he was my mom's surgeon. He's very informative and has a great sense of humor. The staff is very nice and professional. Everything is organized. I would recommend him to anyone.
