I LIKED WHAT DR.HART IN THE TIME THAT I HAVE SPOKE WITH HIM. I LOVED HIS OFFICE. THE RECEPTIONIST ALWAYS HAS A SMILE. MILDRED IS ALWAYS THERE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS - KNOW MATTER H0W WEIRD THEY ARE. IF SHE IS NOT AVAILABLE, SHE ALWAYS RETURNS MY MESSAGES. RACHEAL THE NUTRITIONIST WAS AWESOME!!!! SHE IS SO SWEET AND SHE NEVER MAKES ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE OR LESS OF A PERSON BECAUSE I HAVE A WEIGHT PROBLEM ( LIKE ALOT OF PEOPLE CAN DO) THE WHOLE OFFICE IS VERY SUPPORTIVE AND ALWAYS STRESS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, THE REASON BEHIND ALL OF THE TESTING ETC.., AND RISKS IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES.

THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE WOULD BE MORE TIME TO SPEAK TO DR.HART ONE ON ONE IN THE BEGINING AND THROUGH THE PROCESS.
My first impression of Dr Hart was that he was a serious person and I like that.Dr Hart let us know everything the good the bad and the ugly. I thought that his office staff was great and very informed . I would rate the office A+
I love everyone at their office. Amanda and Mildred are super helpful and believe me, I was high maintenance! lol...
Dr. Hart is strict with the rules for our own good, but he has a great sense of humor! He does this job for the people and how it changes their lives. They have definitely changed mine and I don't think the experience could be any better. (Although I think the process could move faster.)
Dr. Hart has been a great surgeon and I highly reccomend him, unfortunately the state insurance programs are no longer covering the procedure at all, it is a shame that some people will be left with fewer options for helping themselves get healthy.

Bed side manner seemed to be in a hurry since he knew he had other patients waiting. I almost felt as if he thought this decision was my scape-goat.

I loved Dr Hart. His information sessions before your surgery and after you approval are very informative. He doesnt mess around and gets right to the point with the way it will be. He was wonderful when I was in the hospital and he has wonderful bedside managers. He is very quiet and shy, or he appears that way.
Upon my first meeting of Dr. Hart I was instantly assured of his competence. He was straightforward with all his comments. He never let me think for one moment that this would be an overnight fix. A rather quiet man to say the least but very knowledgeable in this field. I knew that this was the surgeon for me, I felt so at ease with him and his office staff. From the time I placed the first call till the time I met them personally I felt comfortable.I would encourage anyone who is seeking this surgery to at least check out this office. I am not saying he will be the right surgeon for you, because we all know if that were true there would be no need for others. All I am saying is choose the surgeon that is right for you. You will know when you find them, there will be an at ease feeling.
