I imagine that the previous posts regarding the office staff, were rather long ago. There must have been a large shift in staff, or in how they deal with patients. The office staff here has been wonderful to say the least. LaTonya, Dr.Hart's nurse coordinator is amazing. She has seen me a few times without an appointment. Just to answer a question or to allow me to drop off paperwork. She has been on top of exactly what I will need to for the insurance company, and she has been nothing but helpful.
The people running the office are a delight to deal with. Everybody is personable and polite to say the least.
Finally Dr.Hart gave an incredibly informative, yet light informational seminar. He is very laid back and honest with his answers to the questions that have been thrown his way.
When I saw him in the office he was personable and professional. I am looking forward to having my surgery and I have no doubt in my mind that Dr.Hart is the surgeon for me!
Very caring and professional. Always willing to take that extra time with patients.

Dr. Hart was very quiet and extremely knowledgeable obout my surgery and he answered every question that I had.
Dr. Hart was wonderful answered all my questions at pre-op. On the day of surgery he was very reassuring and personally updated my husband on how I was doing after the surgery. I definitely recommend him!
Dr. Hart was really the best. Always greeting me with a smile. He answered ALL my questions and walked me through the risks. The staff was awesome. They handled the insurance and appointments with no problems. Everything went very smoothly. They even gave me a choice to spend the night after surgery, which I truly enjoyed. I would rate him A+++.
It was very comforting to speak with Dr. Hart. He knows his stuff and takes as much time as necessary to answer all your questions. His office staff is great. Cindi, his patient coordinator, is awesome. She is very helpful and guides the patient through every step of the way. I am enternally grateful that I found them because I feel secure in their hands. I'm currently waiting on insurance approval. Will post some more later.
153 lbs gone and what more can I say except Dr Hart saved my life!!!!Cyndi is great! Dr Hart is quiet but very knowledgeable.
Dr. Hart is wonderful! He was highly recommended to me, and I definitely encourage anyone considering WLS to attend his seminar and schedule an appointment to see him. He is very quiet, but he is very knowledgable and will answer any questions that you have. He is a very skilled surgeon. My operation went beautifully. He met with me prior to the operation and checked on me once I was in my room. He checked on me every day that I was in the hospital, and some other patients that used other surgeons were still waiting to hear from their surgeons. So I was very blessed. rnHis office provides nutritional counseling as well. Most of the nurses and most of his office staff are very friendly. Dr. Hart makes sure that you are well-informed and his office and the hospital he uses have structured aftercare. If you have any questions or issues post-op, your phone calls are usually returned the same day. rnThe only problem that I had with his office was with some of the staff. I had to play phone and e-mail tag which is hard with my work schedule and my job. This office is really busy at times, so do your part and stay on top of things - do not expect his office staff to automatically do so. rnOverall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Hart.
I am excited to attend a seminar tomorrow with Dr. Hart at Emory Johns Creek. I have previously attended a seminar a few months ago, but their group is not on my insurance..... I'll let you know how it goes....3-3-09rnrnI had my first office visit with Dr. Hart on Thursday, March 26, 2009. He was very kind and patient. He listened to all of my questions and answered them all- I asked if he got that alot- tons of questions- he said \"sure\" and smiled. The overall experience was great! His office staff was friendly and gave the impression that they cared! I know this is a partnership that I will live with for years to come- and I am feeling good about it!
