Question:
I did the Cottage cheese test

i weighted the cottage, which i used 8oz. I was able to eat it all in 7 minutes.I felt full but not stuffed.Is this normal for someone who is 5 months post-op(open rny) should i be concerned? As of today i also have lost 90 pounds :-)    — msski (posted on February 4, 2002)
