Has anyone had BC/BC Federal pay for a tummy tuck or thigh lift?

I was wondering if anyone's had BC/BS (Federal) pay for a tummy tuck, thigh lift, or any other "tighting up" surgery? I just found out I have a hernia in my scar. The scar is keloid so I feel that the insurance will pay for the hernia repair and to fix the scar. If anyone's had this insurance and it paid for any cosmetic surgery, please let me know. Thanks!
