Question:
Does anyone take chloraphyl as a source of iron?
Please explain how chloraphyl works and any info relating to chloraphyl as iron. Someone on this board mentioned chloraphyl as a good source of iron. — mary ann T. (posted on June 23, 2004)

Chlorophyll is not Iron. It is a natural substance that comes from plants.
It is chemically similar to hemaglobin. Hemaglobin is what helps our red
blood cells to transport oxygen.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't think chloraphyl had anything to do with
actual iron, thanks for clearing that up.
