I like to use Isopure. it can be a bit pricey at GNC...about 3.50 a bottle,
but one bottle has 40 grams of protein in it and helps with your fluid
intake also. Kind of solving 2 problems at once. They come in fruit
flavors.

I like GNC sci-fit its a powder that can be mixed into most juices or
smoothies without change of taste or texture. Also I like Isopure liquid
drinks. Good luck and God bless.

Hi Cindy,
I use Myoplex by EAS ready to drink. it has 42g of protien in 17 oz. I get
it a the Vitamin Shoppe. It's about $10.00 for a 4 pack. The strawberry
tastes just like the crunchberries in Capt. Crunch cereal. That's only
$2.50 a day, where else can you get a meal for $2.50.

I use Precission Protien by EAS, found at GNC. I mix it with skim milk or
water in a blender and sometimes add frozen unsweetened fruit to give it a
smoothie taste. Its actually the best Ive found.
