Luch almost always a Lean Cuisine. Dinner I usually have a protein item

bean sprouts tomatoes veggie stuff in the lettuce with chicken or fish or
somthing like that. that is about it. a lot of water some iced tea. I
get cravings for chips usually around the mthly time and I eat some baked
lays.

I am 9 mos out on the 25th. Here is my menu from yesterday Some days I do
better than others.
Breakfast 1c no sugar added yogurt
no mid snack yesterday
lunch 1/2 c zuchini lasagna
mid snack 1c no sugar added yogurt
dinner
1 chicken strip
6 fries
snack
protien shake ( I do this on days when I might not get all my proteins in.)
I drink 6-8 cups of water I like water so it is not a problem for me. And
can always see more weight coming off when my waters are up. I have lost 85
lbs to date and working on my last 40lbs it has been alot slower the last
month or so but I also have not been exercising like I need to but this
summer has been so busy I have three girls and running them everywhere But
I am hoping in the next week or so to get back exercising again.
Hope this is helpful
Have a great day

I was 9 months post op yesterday. I'm sure I don't eat like I'm suppose
to. Typically I have a granola bar and a handful of some type of
cracker/chip for breakfast. Lunch is usually a hormel chili lunch bucket
thing, or cheese and crackers, or the insides of a meat and cheese sandwich
(less bread!), dinner is usually whatever I fix the family, hamburger
helper, tuna helper, pizza, chicken, pork chops (just in much smaller
portions). Last night I had a one egg cheese omelet and 3 slices of bacon.
Of course it takes me longer to eat than everyone else. In between meals
if I'm feeling hungry I keep sesame seeds and beef jerky in my desk. Hope
that helps, but as as bad as my eating habits are I hope no one follows my
diet! :) Life is like a beach...just don't get burned!

I was 9 months on the 16th. Yesterday was a "bad" day, I had a
McGriddle for breakfast, a 1/2 bagel with tuna salad for lunch, and 2
slices meatloaf and 3 small redskin potatoes for dinner.
Today I had watermelon for breakfast, mini pizza for lunch, and 10 shrimp
for dinner. Snack 4 saltines with chunky peanut butter. And 3 SF Reeses
cups.
I am getting scared that I am able to eat too much and that I am eating too
many "wrong" things. Everyday is a struggle. Down 128#.

I am 8 months post RNY and down 110 pounds. For breakfast, I'll have either
a protein bar and 4 strawberries OR 1/2c cottage cheese and strawberries.
For lunch I'll have 1 slice wheat bread with about 3oz fat free turkey
breast. I might also have a few strawberries. For dinner, I'll have about
5oz of one of the following: steak, chicken, shrimp, salmon, pork, burger
and I'll have a little bit of asparagus, salad, string beans. Before I go
out to exercise (5-6 times per week), I'll have a few nuts, but otherwise
my doc says no snacking. I get about 80oz of water. Good luck.

I also feel like I pig out as compared to my early pre-op days. At about
8mos out, a typical day for me consists of a 3/4 of a bowl of oatmeal for
breakfast (or some days it's an ounce or two of cheese with some kind of
fruit), a lean cuisine & some strawberries or grapes or watermelon for
lunch, a cup (more or less) of whatever the rest of the fam eats for supper
(the exact quantity depends on what it is), and finally my only snack is in
the evening and it's almost always a cup of fruit, OR 8 thin triscuits
w/low-fat onion & chive cream cheese, OR a few cups of light popcorn.
HTH!
