Question:
Is anyone taking Baraitric Lifestyle Vitamins?

I received samples in the mail today of Bariatric Lifestyle Complete Nutritional System Vitamins. Right now I take Vista vitamins but they are very expernsive. These new ones are supposed to be under $10 a month. Is anyone else taking these? How are your labs? Their website has the nutritional information but I really don't know how to tell if they are good or not by looking at a label. I have been taking them since I had my surgery. I am only three months post op but so far I haven't had any problems with deficiencies.

I managed to get the vitamins before the hit the market. So I have been taking them for about six months. I take two of the vitiamins a day one in the morning and one at night and a half a Real Meals shake twice a day. All of my labs have always been perfect. I am not not about a comparison to Vista I don't have a label in from of me. But if you wanted to compare it to Adult Centrum the Bariatric Lifestyle has increased amounts of most vitamins, a complete b vitamin profile where Centrum has an incomplete profile, a complete mineral profile where Centrum has an incomplete, it has more antioxidents, and contains phytotonutrients.
