Question:
Has anyone tried any of the spray vitamins that are on the market?

I have used the spray vitamins, Vitamist, for the past several years now. I'm only 1 month post-op, so I don't have any postie lab values to offer you. Ask me again in two months. Anyway, the vitamins are sprayed sublingually (under the tongue), and they don't taste bad. I divide the daily dose in half, and use it after brushing my teeth morning and night. They're not cheap, you can get them at vitamist.com
