MN - Anyone from minnesota have used,or heard of, a good pl. surgeon

I live in minnesota. I have lost what I think I will lose. I would like to start looking for a plastic sureon so I can rid myself of this shelf hanging down. Can anyone suggest someone they know of, or have had experience with, or know someone who has had good experience with one? please email me if you do. I had a friend use Dr. Bashioum (sp?). His web site is www.nipntuck.com. I believe his office is located in Wayzeta (sp?). She had breast implants and was very pleased with his work. His website is very informative so check it out.He even gives approximate prices for his procedures! Good Luck
