Want to know about the types of plastic surgery done after gastric by pass

The two that are most often done are the breast reduction/lift and the tummy tuck. There are other surgeries for just about every part of your body. It basically depends on how much elasticity your skin has to go back to a smaller state. I would recommend you get fairly close to your goal weight before having any surgery -no reason to have it done twice!
