Question:
Does anyone know where I can find nutrition information for restaurant items?
My husband who has not had, or does not need surgery, is trying to loose a few pounds by tracking his intake on Fitday. However, he has enjoyed a few items at restaurants that aren't listed and that I can't fine elsewhere on the web. Particularly, Chineese items. Does anyone know where I can get the nutrition information for a wider variety of restaurant foods? Thanks! — Amber L. (posted on April 2, 2003)

Most chain restaurants list their nutritional info on their website - check
there!

hi Amber, there is another great website that lists all nutritional info,
inlcuding many pages of restaurants and fast food places.
WWW.CALORIEKING.COM can probably help you out. Even if you can't find the
exact restaurant, you'll probably find a similar one to help you out. And a
note on restaurant web pages, many popular restaurants do not have that
info in their website, nor do they even give it to you if you call. I've
called Ruby Tuesdays and TGIFridays and both said they don't even have the
info, which really bugged me. Anyway- hope that helps you!

Do a search for Dotti's weight loss zone. She's a Weigh Watchers success
story and has a great site with lots of info. I think my spelling is right
on her name - it might be Dottie.

this info on their websites.
