Question:
I bought Ultima Natural B-12 1000mcg...

time release tabs. Are these sufficient or should I do the sublingual? I will half to break these if half also.    — TP (posted on August 25, 2002)

Stick with the sublingual. Kinda doubtful that would get much out of these. :-(
