Question:
Minute Maid Sugar Free/Light- Where to find it?

I am a lemonade freak and keep hearing about Minute Maid Sugar Free/Light? I can't seem to find it. Is it a concentrate (like frozen orange juice), a powder (like Koolaide)or ready-to-drink ( in the fresh OJ section)? I want some of this! I'm having open RNY distal on Wed., Aug 14th!! By the way, Chic-Fil-A has a good suger free lemonade- it makes my mouth water just thinking about it! Thanks!    — Rebecca T. (posted on August 10, 2002)

This is an excellent product. Only 10 cals, no reg. sugar, but it DOES have corn syrup in it. I've found (so far) the 16 oz. bottles and the quart size bottles in several conveniences stores, Walgreen's, and the Safeway grocery store. Hugs, Joy

The Minute Maid Light I have found is in 2 ltr. bottles and is put out by Coke. Look in any grocery stores where there are 2 ltr. and you should find it. If not ask them to order it. It is really good and does not leave an aftertaste. Judy Shock

I am 4 weeks and also love lemonade. I tried the minute maid, snapple and really didn't care for either. How about making your own?? I just bought an automatic squeezer today and that is my plan. Good luck.

I tried it when I was just 3 or 4 weeks post-op, but it tasted terrible to me... very chemical-y. It was in small bottles in a refrigerated case near the checkout at my grocery store. Right along side the sodas, bottled waters, and other cold drinks. For what it's worth, my favorite low-cal lemonade is Country Time -- I've been drinking gallons of that stuff this summer.

I bought a 12-pack just a couple of weeks ago at the grocery store. Just in with all the other Coke product 12-packs (and on sale!).

I found a 12 pack at Kroger, it also comes in 12 oz cans and it is non carbonated w/ only 5 calories per can. I think it is better than Country TIme.
