Question:
Anyone lose the last 20 lbs by doing something other that the high protein diet?

Hi, I am loseing that last 20 now it has been slow but it is comming off. I
try to stay with the lower carbs but I pay more attention to the calorie
count than anything else. I do drink my shakes, sometimes 2 but other than
that i keep track of what I eat and keep my calories around 1000. this is
working for me. I have found that if I count calories I automacticlly keep
my fat and and bad carbs down because those foods have the higher calorie
