Question:
Does anyone use EAS Whey or Soy? or spiru-tien protien shake?

i bought eas whey at wally mart, good price good stats on it but i hate it, it is vile, gritty and too sweet. but everyone is differnt maybe it would not seem that way at all to you! give it a try the worst you can do is throw it away or pass it along to someone else! i figured i would add a bit of it to the other kind and use it up slowly becuase i am poor and cheap!

I think EAS protein drinks only have 15 grams of protein, and are quite pricey in the long run. You'd do better to try some samples from www.vitalady.com and and see which ones you like. Powders are generally much cheaper and you can buy in bulk. I like chocolate Whey Stack from Champion.

I have drank these since surgery. It is the only way i supplement and i drink two a day. I buy the Eas advant Edge premixed at Walmart for a four pack the price is 5.86. Has 15g Protein 0 sgar and 2-4 carbs de[ending on the flavor. Recently, I have started using the Eas Advant Edge Hi prformance powder.Whey Protein. Mixes well in 4-6 oz. water and altho the taste is not that great, it is watery and i can drink it in just a few minutes and be done with it. It has 20g protein per serving and is 8.46 a can at Walmart and a can lasts two weeks. The same brand also comes in Soy protein but it is much higher in calories and carbs. Not a good choice. This is also the cheapest, I have found. Much cheaper than going on line or GNC or some of those places. I just couldn't afford all the high priced ones that people on here are always raving about. Works for me.

I have tried the EAS Whey protein shakes in vanilla. I thought they were okay. I mixed them in a blender with ice, a frozen bananas or frozen peaches, water and sometimes a little bit of splenda. They are very good this way.

I use the chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry shake/pudding mix by Bariatrix and they are great tasting. I get them from www.i-shophere.biz
