Question:
I cannot get into the chat room...HELP!!!!!!

I have emailed for help, but that was a month ago. Someone answered and said they'd look into it, but I haven't heard back. It just doesn't load. I've even reinstalled windows (not because of this issus but still). What else can I do? I can get into every other chat room every where else, but this one.    — Renee B. Renee- I had the same problem. It appears that when an alleged computer expert repaired my computer and re-loaded Internet Explorer, some of its components did not load. As a result the ability to engage in the chat program was lost. I just downloaded Netscape and use that when I go into the chat room--- it works just fine.

Hello. Sometimes that happens to me. Usually if it is busy then it will not load. Try to go on at a different time of day and see if you can get in. Usually I go on very late at night and have no problems. Also, weekends it is difficult to get on. Good luck.

Had same trouble and Emailed Support and they sent the following note. I loaded the Java Module and works fine now. Please download Sun's JRE version 1.3.1 software to run the chat program. please click on the link below or cut and paste the link below into a web browser.
