Question:
Has anyone tried the new protein powder drink mixes at Costco?

I just noticed yesterday that Costco carries a protein powder in a 6 lb jug. Has anyone tried them yet?    — blank first name B. (posted on July 1, 2003)

I have. I bought the chocholate one. It's pretty good. I am still preop and am in the drink research phase;-) It is made with sorbitol and is a bit sweet tasting. I thought that it caused digestive distress which I assumed was the sorbitol, but that must have been something else I ate that day because I have had this protein drink several times and have not had the same problem. I want to buy the strawberry and vanilla too.

I haven't tried them yet either but I did ask the manager if I hated them, could they be returned? DEFINITELY, said the manager-- no problem.
