Question:
What brand of yogurt can you eat post-op with no sugar?
When I went to the store to get some yogurt, everything I picked up was full of sugar! Since yogurt has a lot of good calcium, I thought it would be good for you. Can someone please suggest a brand that is not full of the sugar? Thanks! — gina P. (posted on July 2, 2001)

Hi - I eat Dannon Fit n' Trim - it shows sugars but they are NOT the
refined...they come for the milk & Fruit. It also comes in 4oz
packages which is perfect. Good Luck to you, Karan

Any yogurt sweetened with aspartame has no refined sugars and that is the
key. The sugar in sugar free yogurt is lactose or milk sugar and should be
fine unless you are lactose intolerant.

I dont know where you live... but, here in Florida, our grocery store is
Publix and the Publix light brand is absolutely the best.
If you are not in Florida... Dannon Lite and Fit is delicious. There are 17
grams of sugar...but that is for the entire container.

I like Blue Bunny - it is fat free and no added sugar. Tastes great! Hope
this helps.
