I use BIOPLEX 100% whey complex.
20 grams of protein per scoop
total carbs 2
sugars 1
calories 100
You can stir this with a spoon or put into a shaker style cup w/lid and go
to town and it will turn out. I myself perfer ff lactaid milk with a few
ice cubes.
Good luck.

I love the Proplete Gold flavors mixed in a shaker with skim milk & a
couple of ice cubes just to get it super cold. My favorite is the
pineapple, but the other flavors are great too. Sometimes I add a tbsp of
dried milk just to add a little extra protein.

Many whey protein drinks can easily be mixed with a shaker cup. I feel the
shaker cups work much better than a spoon.

The apple protein nectar by Syntrax can be mixed with a spoon in a glass of
cold water. It dissolves completely. Tastes jut like apple juice BUT is
bright green. It is the consistency of apple juice too. One of my
favorites. You can buy it at:

fork into milk or water.. they are awesome!!!

My vote goes to the Nectar and pro-plete gold mixes, they dissolve
wonderfully, (although in my experience the nectar is much quicker and more
complete, but not by much). both are such a step ahead from the old
clumping powders that took minutes in a blender. One tip to remember
(thanks Susan Maria) is to put your powders FIRST in the glass, then the
water, and then stir, and no clumps or leftover portions floating about.
The only diff. is that the nectars have a more fresh fruity taste, and the
proplete is a somewhat creamier (not thicker) taste. I use both, variety is
the spice of life! I also use the nectar with watered down crytal lite to
add a boost to the flavor (not that it needs it), but again, just to add a
taste variety. Some people love 'em, (me) and some folks hate 'em, that's
how I got my sample, from someone who tried a smaple and hated it,
everyones tastes are different. Definitely try the samples, then search for
a good price.

Unjury is made from Whey protein. It just needs to be stirred or shaken.
Looks, smells and tastes like chocolate milk. www.unjury.com If you email
Jerome he will send you a couple samples, from what I understand they are
free. You can get his email address off the unjury site.

i have found that most of the ones listed are too expensive so I buy EAS
whey protein hi-performance at Walmaet for 8.46 a cannister. It has 20g
protein per scoop and mixes easily in water or skim milk using a fork or
spoon.

I drink Real Meals and have since 6 days post op. They mix up in a shaker
bottle really well and have 30 grams of protein in just 6 ounces of water
or milk.

My vote goes to the canned shakes from Trader Joe's. I think they are
called Ultra Protein. Tasty and easy, some have 35 grams of protein!

HI! My favorite protein powders are Unjury- I really don't like milk so -
I find that the chocolate is very satisfying in a cup of decaf coffee and
the vanilla is awesome in a sugar free tang ( or other sf orange flavored
drink) The mixability of Unjury is what impresses me most- it can even be
stirred up in water and disolves quite well! My second favorite is the
Apple Nectar- I liked it best in the summer time since it is so refreshing-
now that the weather is changing- I'm sticking to the unjury and decaf- I
look forward to drinking it- It actually feels like I'm having a
"treat" when I get in my protein. Best of luck to you on your
journey! Lynda Bishop Open RNY March 28, 03/ started 304- currently 178.

I use DESINGER WHEY in the chocolate flavor. Its good, it mixes without a
blender and is only 12.95 for a 2lb can. Also, if you can tolerate SOY,
there is a ready made soy drink called SOY DREAMS at wal-mart. Its really
good. Except that you'll need to drink 1 entire box of it a day unless you
mix it with 1/4 a cup fat free milk. It can be really sweet though, but no
sugar.

I do not have access to a blender at work. I have mixed GNC, Isopure and
every other kind of protein I have had with just a gravy shaker from
Tupperware. It has a blender thing in it which helps the blending process.
My shakes tatse fine as long as I use really cold milk or water. Alot of
health food stores carry hand shakers as well. Best wishes -

I bought the GNC brand whey protein mix. I also bought their shaker cup
(kind of like tupperware's) for $4.99. The instructions on the protein mix
say to mix one scoop in 1 cup of water. I use 1/2-2/3 cup of milk instead
and add 1 1/2 scoops of the powder. It tastes pretty good and each shake
is 30 grams of protein, I'm really pleased with it. And it mixed really
well, no clumps. The other stuff (bought at Walmart)I was using was
clumpy, I had to hold my nose, and the after taste was awful. GNC's brand
is $26 for 42 servings vs. $10 for 14 servings.

i went to www.nectar.com and ordered their very berry cherry - it really
tastes good, is totally water soluble, and you don't need a blender. I'm
a die-hard protein drink hater too, but this is great stuff.

Pampered Chef has a shaker also that works GREAT for this very thing! I use
it at work or at friends houses or when I dont want to clean up a big mess!
I use the walmart brand whey protein, and when I was just shaking it up in
a bottle, it clumped, but the pampered chef thingy works much better!!
