I'm not sure how many ounces this burrito is mashed up, but I too sometimes
am worried that I eat too much at one sitting. I'm 2 months post-op today
and can eat anywhere from 2-4oz. depending on what it is. Also sometimes
I'm more hungry then others so I'm able to eat more. I read somewhere that
its 2oz. the first 3 months, 4oz. 3-6 months the rest I don't remember, and
if someone thinks I'm wrong with those measurments let me know. I figure
I''m almost 3 months so 3 oz. isn't too bad. If your weight loss is working
and your not overdoing it, then why worry? Good luck!!

Jennifer, I wouldn't worry about the volume of food as much as the quality
of the food. Please don't think I am bashing you, but you asked, so I must
tell you that for me, it is critical that I avoid fast food. I'm three
months out and I know fast food is part of why I got to be MO. A Taco Bell
bean burito has more than 350 calories and 56 grams of carbs. It has only
19 grams of protein. I try to get my protien to 70 a day and keep my carbs
less than 30. Therefore, this food would not work well for me. If you
must eat at Taco Bell, a soft chicken taco has only 190 calories with 13
grams of protien and 20 grams of carbs. A much more "efficent"
food. By the way, a Taco Bell Burrito is 196 grams, or about 6oz.
