Question:
Has anyone tried coral calcium?

I watched what appeared to be a business journal thing but was actually an informercial for something called coral calcium...if what they say is true, then this is a really good product...has anyone tried coral calcium, or is currently using it, or have any info about it?    — thekatinthehat (posted on November 30, 2002)

Well I know alot about Coral Calcium but I haven't heard any specific results on wether we can absorb it well enough to prevent osteoporosis and I certaily don't want that. So I stopped using it and stayed with the calcium citrate to be on the safe side.If you know of a result for absorbtion for those who have no stomach juices then let me know on my e-mail.I do test my PH every month like they suggest because I think it is a good thing and using calcium citrate does keep me in a good range.
