Question:
I have been using frozen red rasberries to my protein shakes but find the sugar
tends to bother me more than I like. Does anyone know where or if they even make a Red Rasberry extract. I live in Michigan. Thanks!! — Judi D. (posted on May 20, 2002)

How many berries were you using? I'm pretty sensitive to sugar, but I went
thru a frozen rasp. period. I used maybe 5. I only use water with my
protein and my protein has 0g sugar. So, maybe that was why? Those few
rasp, in there made the whole thing taste positively ILLEGAL or something!
