Question:
I have been using frozen red rasberries to my protein shakes but find the sugar

How many berries were you using? I'm pretty sensitive to sugar, but I went thru a frozen rasp. period. I used maybe 5. I only use water with my protein and my protein has 0g sugar. So, maybe that was why? Those few rasp, in there made the whole thing taste positively ILLEGAL or something! NUM!
