they must be bad for us because they taste so good. Especially the

Dairy Queen makes some great sugar free popsicles. They come in Orange
Vanilla (like a cremesicle), Rasberry Vanilla and Lime vanilla. They have
60 calories, no fat and 2 sugars and 3 sorbital (total of 5 sugars). I am
in Pennsylvania, but I think Dairy Queen is a national franchise. Hope you
can find them in your area. They also have dilly bars (vanilla ice cream
inside with chocolate on the outside) in sugar free. I haven't tried them
yet though and am not sure of calories or sugar content. Edies sugar free
ice cream is also very good, though I believe it is a little higher in
sugar content and calories. Good Luck!

Yes, Yes, Yes on the Dairy Queen No Sugar Added Fudge Bars, the
Orange/Cream and Rasperberry/Cream bars. These are fat free and taste very
good. The No Sugar Added Dilly Bars are also VERY good, but I only enjoy
them once in a while for a special treat because they are 200 calories and
12 grams of fat for one of them. That is a lot for one ice cream treat.
One of my favorite easy and tasty desserts I make is a Chocolate Mousse.
You make SF Chocolate pudding per directions, add Cool Whip Light or Free
and then add a scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder. That way you get your
treat AND a bonus protein added. Whenever I have to bring a dish to pass,
people always beg me to bring one of my sugar free desserts because they
are so good. I make lots of different "layered" desserts using
SF Snackwell cookies crushed up for the crust (made like a graham cracker
crust) then use Cool Whip, lite cream cheese and SPLENDA for the second
layer, fruit sweetend with SPLENDA and thickened for the next (or pudding)
and then top it off with more Cool Whip. Even people who can have sugar
love these.
