Bananas are a great source, if you can tolerate them. We always advise
patients to eat them when they are on a diuretic. Angela

Try alfalfa - you can get it in tablet form sometimes or just buy some
sprouts and throw them on a salad. Also potatoes are a good source, along
with banana.

K-COR tabs. They are a prescription and are NOT time release.

My doctor said drink gatorade if I could tolerate the 13g of sugar per
serving or if not, to drink low sodium V8 juice, grapefruit juice or tomato
juice. Since I don't like gatorade, I opted for the V-8, grapefruit or
tomato juice. As long as I have about 6 oz per day, I have no problems. If
I skip it for a few days, I get cramps in my legs.

I have started drinking a bottled water called Smart Water. It has
electolites and is very crisp and clean tasting. I buy it by the case at
my healthy foods store. Hope this helps.

Not to contradict, but I have a bottle of Glaceau Smart Water here on my
desk (Watermelon flavor) Are we talking about the same water? Because,
mine has nothing at all in it. Maybe there's another smart water out
there...
