Question:
I was wondering if anyone had a full protein example diet I could look at.

Hi, Christine! I am pre-op, but I used the Atkins diet at one time. It's
about the highest protein, lowest carb diet that I know of. I guess
post-ops would have to watch the amount of fat they eat, though, as Atkins
is designed as a pretty high fat diet. Check out atkinscenter.com. There
is a lot of free information, and it gives you some great ideas on what to
eat, recipes, etc. I tried it for a while last spring, and I did lose
about 18 pounds in several weeks. It's supposed to kill your cravings for
carbs. I started eating too many carbs again, and that's why I went off of
it. If I ever get this surgery, I'll probably try it again after I can
tolerate regular eating. Good luck to you!
