Question:
I would like suggestions on what else to add to my daily diet.
Thus far everything I have tried I have tolerated with no problems. I have tried cream of wheat, grits with cheese, egg with cheese, cottage cheese, chicken broth (MY FAVORITE), SF jello and pudding, SG popcicles and my Isopure protein shakes everyday. I am really craving salads and fruit. I eat very little of the above, but would like to add some more variety to my daily diet. I am -25 pounds in 13 days. Thanks for any suggestions. ~Diane~ — Di B. For your fruit craving, try SF applesauce (which you can also mix w/your
cream of wheat) and nonfat yogurt (look for lowest sugar possible) w/no
fruit pieces in it. SF fudgsicles are great too. That's it for now tho,
good luck!

Congrats on coming through your surgery, for handling so many foods well so
far, and for the weight loss!! May things just continue to get better and
better for you. I was on blended foods the first month and really enjoyed
mashing a banana on my plate. It was sweet and filling. The sf applesauce
is good too...I used to mix it with my cottage cheese. Good luck! :-)
