Question:
Who uses www.fitday.com? Outstanding!

Someone on this site recommended fitday.com to track nutritional goals and exercise. I am hooked. Whether you use it for your journal, to plan meals, or to set goals, it has it! Anyone credit this site with anything else?    — Karen F. (posted on May 30, 2002)

I agree! I read the same post you did the other day, went to check it out, and am now completely hooked. I have been SOOO impressed by all of the features. My surgery is in three weeks and I'm supposed to be getting 80+ grams of protein in every day in preparation (and then every day for the rest of my life). I've already entered all of my new protein powders (thanks Vitalady!) in as "custom foods." I love the reports you can do -- graph your weight, check to see if you're meeting your protein goals, see at a glance what vitamins & minerals you're short on, etc., etc. It makes it all so easy. A big thank you to the person who recommended this site!

I agree It's an AWESOME site. As a matter of fact, I'm trying to set my goals. I have a question...I am a pre-op, when I had my consult with Dr. Warnock, I was told to quit smoking...which I did, cold turkey and to lose 25lbs...which I haven't done, and have probably gained weight since appt. Anyhoo, so I'm doing the "diet" thing or at least I'm trying to...starting tomorrow. I have been setting my goals on FitDay and am unsure what I should put on protein, etc. to lose some weight and get ready for WLS. I will appreciate any suggestions. Thank You!

I really like the site. I thought I was being REALLY bad yesterday as far as food went. I just knew that I had eaten 3000 calories!! When I went on fitday and plugged in all of the food I'd eaten, I'd come to find out that I had eaten about 1250 calories!! I'm still amazed!!
