The side of the box should give you a serving size. It might say one
dropperful is 500 mcg, or it may be two dropperfuls. I'm thinking its just
one though. I take the tiny little sublingual dots and know that one
dot=500 mcg. Also, where is your calcium citrate?

What is the "serving size"? If it reads "one
dropperful" or 1.0cc, then you'll look to the B12 amount listed.
You're asking if 2 chews & this is enough? NOT EVEN!

Why don't you go to your pharmacy and ask them. Instead of getting guesses
from people.

I had the exact same concerns with my sub-lingual B12. I work at a
hospital and took mine in for the pharmacist on duty to look at and tell me
if I was reading it right. My brand is Spring Valley, purchased at
Walmart. One dropperfull is a daily dose. I also asked the Walmart
pharmacist before I took it to work with me. I really wanted to make sure
I get the vitamins that I need.

I can't give you an answer on that one as I am Pre Op. But I would just
like to point out to Denise....That this is why this site is here, is to
ask people who have been through all of this to help you with your
questions and concerns. Yes Denise for questions like that it's best to
ask your doctor or pharmasitst ....but until she can get to one it's nice
to have someone to ask who have been there to help out in the mean time.
